Train Your Apprentices. Keep Your Production. Stop the Burnout.
The industry's first distance-based, license-track electrical training program built to keep your guys on the job site and out of night school traffic.
Traditional Trade School is Broken (And It's Costing You Money)
The old way of training apprentices forces a grueling routine: wake up at 5:00 AM, work 8-10 hours of hard labor, and fight rush hour traffic to sit in a classroom until 9:00 PM.
40% Dropout Rates
Exhausted apprentices burn out and quit the trade entirely, wasting your onboarding investment.
Lost Field Production
Guys leave job sites early or check out mentally by 2:30 PM to make it to class.
Brain Drain
No one absorbs complex National Electrical Code (NEC) theory while staring at the clock after a 10-hour shift.
Meet the Electrical Career Accelerator
We deliver 155 clock hours of state-compliant, license-track technical instruction completely through a high-accountability distance model.
Your apprentices do the heavy lifting-learning code theory and practicing hands-on project labs-at home, on their own schedule, when their minds are fresh.
The Bottom Line for Your Shop: You get 100% of their billable field hours. We handle 100% of their technical training in the background.
High-Intensity Physical Training (Without the Weekly Commute)
We bridge the gap between home theory and the job site using a surgical, hybrid model. Instead of dragging physical training out over months of exhausting weeknights, we pack hands-on skill mastery into two intensive 5-hour Instructor-Led Bootcamps.
- Bootcamp 1 (Apprentice Day One Skills): Focused entirely on precision conduit cutting, wire stripping, and box mounting.
- Bootcamp 2 (Advanced Field Skills): Focused on 3-way/4-way switches, complex bending, and NEC speed drills.
100% Job-Site Flexibility: If an emergency job comes up and a student absolutely cannot attend a bootcamp in person, they can complete the activities at home and submit video-based documentation for expert review and credit. Your production schedule always comes first.
Let the Government Subsidize Your Payroll and Tuition
Arizona is aggressively backing workforce development in the construction trades through initiatives like BuildItAZ and ARIZONA@WORK. By partnering with us, your shop can tap into massive financial incentives:
- Up to 50% to 75% Wage Reimbursement: Through State On-the-Job Training (OJT) grant programs, qualified small-to-medium contractors can get reimbursed for a massive percentage of a new apprentice's hourly wages during their training period.
- WIOA Tuition Vouchers: Eligible candidates can secure federal and state workforce vouchers that cover up to 100% of their training tuition, books, and lab kits-meaning zero out-of-pocket tuition costs for your business.
- We Handle the Paperwork: State compliance and tracking are notorious headaches. We handle the technical instruction tracking, milestones, and documentation required to help keep your shop compliant and eligible for funding.
Led by the Field, Not a Classroom

Angel | Lead Electrical Instructor
- Real-World Pedigree: Third-generation tradesman who started as an apprentice at 17 and worked his way up to Foreman and Superintendent.
- AZ Grounded: Graduate of the Estrella Community College electrical apprenticeship program. He knows what it's like to be on the job site and understands the challenges apprentices face.
- Certified Expertise: NCCER Certified Electrical Instructor, OSHA 30, and NFPA 70E certified.
"Angel spent his career leading job sites, not sitting in classrooms-which is exactly what makes him the right person to teach your crew. His mission at TRDZ is to fast-track your apprentices, handing them the field logic it took him years to earn so they show up to your jobs site-ready and highly productive."
